Naomi is a dedicated practitioner and advocate of holistic health and wellness, specializing in revitalizing energy and enhancing vitality. Drawing from her personal experiences with modern-life ailments like stress, burnout, joint and spinal stiffness, she blends the power of yoga with holistic practices to promote overall well-being.

Naomi's journey into yoga began during her time as a Project Manager in the thriving dot com era. It was at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Toronto where she discovered the profound therapeutic benefits of yoga. Inspired by this revelation, she embarked on a path of continuous learning and self-improvement.

In 2004, Naomi earned her 200 Hour Teacher Training certificate at Yoga Space, laying a strong foundation for her teaching career. Seeking deeper knowledge and immersion, she embarked on two transformative trips to India in 2006. There, she studied Ashtanga, Pranayama, and Philosophy under the guidance of esteemed Masters like Guruji BNS Iyengar in Mysore and others in Dharamshala and Rishikesh.

Fuelled by her unyielding passion for personal growth and expanding her expertise, Naomi has remained steadfast in her pursuit of wisdom from an eclectic range of instructors spanning Canada and the United States. This perpetual journey of learning and personal development has deepened her comprehension of yoga and its potential for holistic healing. Of particular significance is her cherished mentor, Shelley Tomczyk, from whom she continues to glean invaluable knowledge and guidance with immense gratitude.

Naomi also established two thriving Yoga Studios in Terrace: Treehouse Yoga and Wild Lotus Studio. These ventures provided her with invaluable lessons and connections, which further fuelled her dedication to her craft and fostered meaningful relationships within the yoga community.

Naomi's mission is to empower others to overcome modern-life challenges and nurture their well-being through yoga and holistic health practices. With her extensive training, personal experiences and commitment to helping others, she serves as a trusted guide and source of inspiration for individuals seeking balance and a renewed sense of vitality in their lives.
