Your registration and deposit is your commitment to the retreat or workshop.
If you need to cancel with more than 48 hours notice, we will hold a credit for you that can be used in the future for any retreat, less a $100 cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel your booking for a retreat within 48 hours of the start date/time, and we can fill your spot from a waiting list, then we are happy to refund your deposit, less the $100 cancellation fee.
If you do not attend a retreat which you have paid for (i.e. don’t show up for the retreat), or cancel within 48 hours of the start date/time, there is no refund available. You are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else.
If you cancel because of a positive Covid test, you will be given a full credit to use another time.
Since we have to financially commit to venues and suppliers we require a deposit of $400 at time of booking.
Payment plans are available, please contact Naomi to create a plan that works for you.
If you leave the retreat for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
Should you have to cancel your attendance, we must be advised in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat or workshop if it is not meeting the minimum. If so, your deposit will be refunded in whole.
