Our Cancellation Policy
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy:
If you have registered for a retreat and paid your deposit/balance, you can choose to have your deposit/balance refunded less a 10% admin fee OR use your full deposit as a credit towards a future offering / retreat with YogaCowgirl.
Regular Cancellation Policy:
Your registration and deposit is your commitment to the retreat or workshop. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be received 30 days in advance of the retreat or workshop start date for a refund of the balance of your retreat cost. Any cancellation made less than 30 days in advance will result in a total loss of the balance of your retreat cost. Should you have to cancel your attendance, you must advise us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and receive a written response back from Naomi.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat or workshop if it is not meeting the minimum (if we do so, your funds will be refunded in full).
