Recharge in this fun midday Vinyasa style class designed to cleanse and nourish your body-mind from the inside out. Play with powerful flows sprinkled with opportunities for deep relaxation, breathwork and meditation to leave you feeling steady and strong. This is a level 1/2 class with options provided to fire it up or cool it down. Register at The Yoga Loft.
