Yoga & Meditation with Naomi Nyuli & Guest Experts

Life is tough my darling, but so are you.

Embark on a journey of resilience in this series of adventurous and grounding workshops that guide you to cultivate a deeper connection to your heart and build a stronger nervous system that can recover more easily from life's ups and downs.

Drawing inspiration from the archetype of a free-spirited cowgirl, these sessions infuse a touch of wild energy to the ancient practice of yoga, helping you to tap into your unbridled essence, release limitations and embrace the very best version of yourself.

From accessible and invigorating (Yang) sequences designed to enhance flexibility, strength and energy to slow (Yin) and restorative practices, these sessions create a profound sense of empowerment, mindfulness and calm.

You'll also explore the deeper aspects of yoga including meditation and pranayama (breathing) in the context of elevating concentration, awakening subtle energies and cultivating presence.

Join us for an experience that celebrates the untamed spirit within – embodying the freedom, authenticity, and resilience reminiscent of a cowgirl.

In this space, we invite you to wholeheartedly embrace your untethered, adventurous, and unapologetic self, reveling in the strength derived from being true to your inherent nature.

Tailored to accommodate practitioners of every level, from beginners to seasoned enthusiasts, Naomi provides a range of options and modifications to suit individual preferences and abilities.
